We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic customer service oriented individual to join our Supervisory team. The role of this position is to manage the business operations and maximise rental sales and profits through developing and managing relationships with both existing and new clients.

Responsibilities

» Provide excellent customer service to CRC's customers
» Manage client accounts by responding to inquiries by phone, email, and live chat
» Work collaboratively with the CRC team to improve rental sales
» Ensure smooth running of business operations within the company

Essential Requirements

» Strong customer service and communication skills
» Minimum 1 year work experience
» Good spoken and written English
» Able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
» Good understanding of photography and videography
» Training will be provided to the full range of CRC's rental services.
