How do I rent your equipment?
Step 1: Visit our website and look for the equipment you need.
Step 2: Contact us (call/sms: 9650 4158, e-mail: info@camerarental.biz) to reserve.
Step 3: Collect the equipment at our premise, or have them delivered to your doorstep.

You don't have the equipment I need...
Do contact anyway! We are constantly adding new equipment. We may also be able to source out what you need for you!

I don't know which camera/lens is good for my assignment. Can provide some advice?
We will be delighted to share our knowledge and experience with you! We have experienced photographers and videographers in our team, and are happy to have a chat with you and to see to your needs. We also welcome the discussion of any equipment that may or may not be in our inventory. Come and have a chat with us!

What are your rental rates?
Let us know what you need and for how long, and we will be very happy to provide you with a non-obligatory quotation.

What time can I collect the equipment and what time do I need to return them by?
Collection and return of equipment is by appointment. Generally, you can collect the equipment after 4pm (weekdays) or after 1pm (weekends and public holidays) one day before the first day of rent, and return before 1pm one day after the last day of rent. You can choose to collect the equipment at our studio, or have them delivered to you (at a small additional cost).

What are your studio opening hours?
1200 - 1900 on Weekdays
1200 - 1500 on Weekends/Public Holidays

What are your delivery hours and charges?
0900 - 2300 on Weekdays
0900 - 2200 on Weekends
Our charge is a flat $10 per trip. This applies to both delivery and pick up anywhere on mainland Singapore. In the case of emergency (less than 12 hour prior notice), the charge will be $30 per trip. No minimum order is required!
